You seem to forget that main idea of FW is not to PVP it is to grind isk, CCP somehow imagine that people who grind isk wants to PVP in plexes.

FW will never work, grind isk it is.

That's what you get when dealing with noob-whiners. We select few pro-whiners have been complaining about the wallet-shift in FW focus since the get go!

As for the OP: Cloaks are a non-issue, comparable to the generic farmer (stabbed or not) who continually runs. The problem is that they are dictating just about everything in FW through their actions .. thank CCP for tying everything into the plexing mechanic while at the same time making it farm friendly.

Time-to-kill for the rats to prevent further spawns should be drastically reduced, provided the goal remains the same, to encourage bringing an appropriate ship.

Daredevils will flood the skies, but I'd rather have ships that scream "come at me bro!" doing the farming, yielding a noticeable ISK loss when caught, than 'insert generic T1 frig' doing the same at no risk whatsoever.

Well, they nerfed Caldari NPC's long time ago without saying anything and gave you the ninja patch which was the only reason you had a shot at your medal. You've not seen CCP to fast forward nullsec sovereignty mechanics have you?

Ninja patch was unprecedented interference to an ongoing war in history of Eve and was aimed directly at Caldari militias strategy to keep systems vulnerable for as long as possible so majority of the FW area would been theirs after the designated patch day. Which by the way was revealed long time in advance and both sides had time to maneuver themselves into optimal positions.

Yet CCP said in dev blog that people who worked hard to get their side to optimal position under the mechanics they created was unacceptable so ninja patch happened. We of course know this only applied because pendelum was being succesfully timed for Caldari's benefit and it was simply unacceptable for Devs playing for the gallente side to let this thing come to pass.

You know, when you guys were losing and complaining that the system was biased and there was no chance to come back because of the Gallente farming dominance, I thought you guys were just sore losers.

Now that you're winning under the exact same mechanics, and you are STILL WHINING, I think you guys just like to whine :)

EDIT: Oh, I see why you're still complaining - even though you have more systems, you're getting spanked in kills.

Caldari were being called whingers a while back and now are hearing the same complaints from many Gallente.

'We're not done with FW yet!' is what interested me - I've seen these types of things tweeted /posted right before other changes are announced/made.
It's like 'Oh Brutix change won't help it active tank - What will we do Fozzie???' Right before armor buff announcement.

In the past, seeing comments like that from a certain person has been a fairly accurate gauge of a change coming that they can't yet talk about.

So - Repeated behavior of certain people is how I drew that conclusion.
Maybe I'm having a bit of a tin foil hat moment but guess we will find out soon enough.
